WARRANTY Terms and Conditions :
1. One (1) Year Carry in warranty on parts only. Dead set or Dead Item (not responding) - with warranty, Burned Item/Items, Physical damage, Processor missing/bended pins, customer induce defects - No warranty. AVR, Keyboard, Mouse, Speakers no warranty. Outright product replacement is only possible if item/items are found to be defective. Our products are sticker and barcode controlled. No sticker, removed or unidentifiable - No warranty.
2. License Software Services - Operating system (Windows XP, Windows 7 and application programs - No warranty. Service charges applies e.g. reformatting desktop and notebook - P1,500.00. No license No support.
3. Outright Product replacement - 7 days from date of purchase. More than 7 days Item/Items will be returned to supplier (Manila 2 to 3 weeks waiting period) Note : Item/Items warranty conditions please refer back to condition number one. . For item refund: Item should be returned within 24hours and with complete packaging and sales documentations (D.R., O.R., C.R.). If incomplete, item value will be 50% less. Total Refund is only possible if returned item is complete.
4. Technical support will be available during office hours. Monday to Saturday 9:30am to 11:30 am - 1:30pm to 4:30pm.
